It is not so simple. The EXEC address is saved at $9D but the start and
end addresses are not permanently saved. If the ml program is not a
single block, then there are multiple start end addresses.

You probably need to write a small ml program based on the CLOADM code
at $A4FE that will read a tape, save block load values, and calculate
program segment ends.
