Specifically the writing is about an "FCC call back".  I do not know 
what that is, and it is not explained.

For mint condition, there are some obvious wear marks on the case and 
the manual, and that makes it false advertising.

Still if he gets his bid price, it could persuade me to part with one of 
mine. :-)
