[Coco] [Color Computer] Making disk images of CoCo disks

You still are being stingy with information. How do you know Retrieve 
did not work? What if any problems are you having? Please don't continue 
to say "it doesn't work" as that tells us nothing!

One problem that you may be running into if you intend to use the disk 
image with MESS can be solved by changing the extension from .dsk to 
.os9. MESS will then be able to find the boot information on the disk.
