[Coco] OS9/Nitros9 HTML viewing source code

I saw it a few days ago.
My first thought? Dam, somebody has already done it!
Then I decided not to look at it anymore, and keep going. Writing this 
program is one of the more enjoyable things I've done for years
I'm just looking at BASIC 09, but your program should help me a lot if I 
decided to go for 09
