Roy:

As Bob had stated earlier, Mary's computer crashed and 
burned.  Her guess is it was due to a lightning strike.  I 
and a few others are trying to build up at least one 
system to try and get her back on line, even if it's 
Windows 98.  If anyone can help it would be appreciated.
