Although http://www.roug.org/soren/6809/ is a better page, it seems 
it's down right now. Check out http://sourceforge.net/projects/osnine 
for the actual sourceforge project. You'll need to check the sources 
out from CVS, and there are instructions there on how to do that, and 
then you'll have to build it.

If you have linux, there are instructions on how to set it up to 
automatically handle 6809 OS-9 binaries as if they were native, so you 
can call them directly. However, it's not all that difficult for other 
platforms, since you just have to prefix the command line with the 
os9l1 command that the project builds.

This does just support Level 1, but it shouldn't be hard to extend it 
to support Level 2.
