[Coco] Rainbow on Tape/Disk

I've uploaded to Micheal's FTP server the Rainbow-on-Disk files from
February 1987 to December 1988. I'm missing July 1988. If someone would be
so kind as to send me the B side of of that month (July 1988), my disk is
corrupted, and I can't access the RS-DOS part of it.  

Tomorrow, I will work on 1989 and 1990.

Each disk came with a printed flyer. I think they should also get a column.

I don't know if tapes came with anything, but I would think they did.
