I can do some C not a lot. I really don't like the language that much. So far all that I 
want to do can be done in Assembly, Basic or Fortran77. 

What I have against that kind of reminds me of my past work environment. The way 
the network was setup no one worked local. All work was done via servers and 
lincense servers and if either go bogged down or the links lost you sat there doing 
nothing. 

If I were to do any work in C, I would want to be able to compile locally. The thought 
of having to wait on a server somewhere in mid America just bothers me.
