I respect your opinion Merch, but I won't go that far... I'm not signing
up to be anyone's unpaid (or paid) copyright police. I see no moral or
ethical duty here on my part. That's between Michael and Lonnie.

But for the record, I'm planning to purchase my copy, and not
redistribute it. I think it's great this work is being done, and I am
happy to pay my share. I hope everyone else is too, and it would be
irresponsible for anyone to suggest or imply any of us should do
otherwise. That would be a great way to spook Lonnie into backing out,
so please, everyone, act responsibly.
