[Coco] Early ML text adventures

http://www.dragon-archive.co.uk/ has a .cas file of the text only version of
Black Sanctum for the Dragon, but you have to sign up (free) to access the
files.  I have tested it in MESS using the Dragon32 ROM and it works as long
as you do not load the Dragon DOS ROM.  They most likely have Calixto Island
as well, but I haven't done a thorough seek.  I hope this helps...

Anyone have Ron Krebs' early TEXT adventures, Black Sanctum and Calixto
Island (not the graphic versions by Withers and O'Dea)?  Been scouting for
those and the portals done by Roger Schrag of Scott Adams' classic
adventures for the Model I-III done for the Coco by Roger Schrag.
