[Coco] CM-8 for sale

I have a CM-8 CoCo 3 monitor for sale that has the very end of the video 
cable cut off (the CoCo end), and the monitor has a Fleckstone paint 
job.  The monitor works because it was connected to my repacked CoCo tower 
case.  I've since removed the special header I had soldered to the end.

Also, if anyone here has shipped a CM-8 before, I'd be interested in 
knowing the shipping in the U.S. using whatever service you used.
