Roger, I did a partial test of Portal-9 v3.00 on a Win95 unit. MESS is 
not installed so those functions could not be tested.

Portal-9 ran, looked normal (font size, positioning) and compiled your 
test source code. Based on that I'd say you are justified to say 
Portal-9 runs under Win95. Ta-da!!
