Nope, you are using the wrong utility. The program you want is
DSKINI.EXE not PORT. Make sure to tell DSKINI.EXE whether the floppy is
single or double sided; default is single.
PORT.EXE is used primarily for file transfer although it can create Disk
Basic .dsk images. DSKINI.EXE is only used for creating floppies from
images or images from floppies. It does not care about disk structure
but makes a raw transfer. Therefore DSKINI.EXE will work with both OS-9
and Disk Basic disks.
