[Coco] QPascal - WAS:Expert C programmer wanted

The links are in an odd format (e.g. ftp:qp08.lzh), but it works if you type
(or copy and paste) the filename onto the address in the browser. In other
words, append qp08.lhz to http://home.mesastate.edu/~tschount/pascal/ to
download the files.

I just went to the site, http://home.mesastate.edu/~tschount/pascal/
and while both Quick Pascal 0.6b amd 0.8b are listed as links, the links 
are broken and the packages no longer are obtainable.
