Ok, finally cajoled the dsk files into giving up a real disk that ALMOST 
works. I've duplicated multiple copies with different drives and disks, 
every single one will boot far enough to get to the copyright message 
then locks completely with the floppy drive running. I've tried removing 
the startup file to keep anything in it from running, I've tried 
different shells, nothing seems to want to let the boot get past that 
point. Suggestions?
