[Coco] OS-9 Pascal

Greetings,

I've updated Quick Pascal and moved the web page to:

http://www.unco.edu/schountz/pascal/

In a few days (hopefully) the URL will be:

http://www.pascal09.org/

This version is updated to exclusively use a hard disk (real or  
virtual) and shell+ 2.2a. Also on the web site is a 90 mb virtual  
hard disk (25 mb zipped) and a NitrOS-9 boot disk image. The pascal  
programs are on both disks.
