Most likely not. The MC68008P8 is an 8 MHz rated part and may
work to about 10 or 12 MHz with masive heat sinking.

If y ou take care yes at 8 MHz it should work. But y ou are pushing
wire wrap to its limits if the parts are spaced to far apart.
