Glen, totally agree on the HR angle....
They usually want Network+ also which is pretty basic in terms of
the material covered off in the full Microsoft and Novell
certification....
Very hard to explain sometimes...but a matter of just reading a
Sybex book, writing the exam and putting it on the resume to get it
out of the way....
It's a good refresher tho... ;-)
