Peace! :-) How much does a new PC mainboard depend on an operating
system which has special chipset drivers to boost all the mainboard's
special hardware features? Are you planning to replace the BIOS which is
initializing at least the most important stuff of the chipset for
booting a system? Doesn't an emulator depend a lot on this special
hardware? How could this be compatible to future chipsets? I thought the
nice thing about MESS is that it's using the system's APIs (e.g. like
DirectX) for all hardware access which makes it compatible to any new
hardware. Questions, questions...
