It ticks me off that someone won't send something out of the country to begin with. Many sellers won't even send to an APO/FPO address (military overseas, but shipper just sends to CA or NY depending on overseas location of buyer). That REALLY ticked me off when I was in Korea! I can understand only sending to CC billing or PayPal verified addresses, but even when I changed the address they still wouldn't send. Some BS about PayPal or E-bay not covering overseas/APO/FPO shipments with their protection plans.
