[Coco] [Color Computer] Load files .bas

I know that with the emulator there is file "DSKINI.EXE, RETRIEVE.EXE " 
but I tried to format a floppy disk 5 ¼ on a pc 386 with the utility and 
I always error messages then I cannot obtain the ROM of my coco3.

I just want to load a file.bas.

Exemple to load a file.bin, "Shift + F7", "F1", "type file.bin", "Enter" 
and "exec"

How a file .bas?
