I asked the seller. Reply: "Actually I know it's not that fast.  But when I
was setting up the auction on EBay it would not let me proceed without
entering a chip speed and this was the lowest one listed."

I guess no-one at eBay ever heard of a computer that ran slower than 120
MHz. Like the IBM-PC. Well, when you hire from McDonalds .....
