[Coco] Nitros-9 and 86 GIME

Well what worked for me was selecting the os9lvl2.dsk (or a name close
to that.... not the file named Nitros-9... that 's the 6309 version).

I booted from a cassette file that Boisy sent me, however, and left the
floppy controller off completely.

I believe from talking to Boisy that in DriveWire 2.0 the names will be
correct... they are both Nitros-9, one being for the 6309 and the other
for 6809.

Also the documentation relating to names of .DSK files is wrong in
DriveWire 1.0
