[Coco] DriveWire bootstrapped off MP3 player!!! No floppy or controller required!

For the Coco 1 & 2 it might make sense to integrate a DLOAD server into
DriveWire 2.0. Convert the .bin file to a BASIC data/poke loader.

Then only one cable would be needed to bootstrap.
