[Coco] different Keil emulator problem

Three of the DK emulators will not work for me, They all crunch the
display into the top third of the screen, wrapped on itself several
times.  Their "F-key" screens are all OK though.  Does anyone else
see this behavior?  This is running them from DOS 6.2 btw, but I see
the same behavior in a DOS window under Win3.

The problem versions are:
