[Coco] CoCo to SVGA converter?

There are plenty of relatively inexpensive ($50 or so) solutions for 
composite NTSC2 to VGA out there, though really you aren't going to get 
a better picture than you will from the composite input of a good TV 
that way.  The information for the really nice picture simply isn't 
present in such a signal and the RF signal is even worse.  As for the 
RGB out solutions for this too exist, but they are generally much more 
expensive ($150-$200).
