[Coco] CoCo to SVGA converter?

There was a thread about XRGB upscan converter on this list...

If that works, which it sounds like it does, I think the issue becomes
getting a more cost-effective solution, since it is pricey.

I'm certainly on board to buy such an add-on, as long as it is less than
say $75. And I do think there is a bigger market than just coco if
designed right... atari, amiga folks need one too.
