I also use my card to pay all sorts of things, credit or debit, but a 
credit card that is used as a debit card can be denied at the instance that 
the system might be down that is used to carry that payment through.  I 
probably have my host account set up to use the card as debit.  Either way, 
the payment is still showing as pending and I can only assume that PayPal 
is the bottleneck right now.  Everything else was done right.
