Hi Bob.
I'm using a standard 360K disk. It's the same disk I've always used for
PCDOS, Kodak DSDD or whatever.
As far as address, Ive never changed the controller in any way as long as
I've had it. It is "stock".
I do not have the real-time clock if that helps.
