[Coco] CoCo to SVGA converter?

In the Amiga world, we just use a ScanDoubler, because standard amiga output comes at 15kHz, Amiga 3000 notwithstanding (built-in doubler, and 15-pin VGA port). They are relatively pricey, though, and have the non-standard Amiga DB23 connector.
