[Coco] BCC compiler

I'm trying to find the binary version of a C compiler that's on Chet 
Simpson's web site (the source code), so I can try it with Portal-9.

Can someone who's familiar with C take a look at this compiler and try to 
make some sense out of it?  It's listed as BCC6809.zip.
