This page describes a composite to VGA converter that claims much better 
video on a VGA monitor.  I believe this because I know that TVs have poor 
horizontal resolution.  If you take a 640x200 CoCo mode, it should look 
twice as good on an LCD screen than a fuzzy TV, even taking into account 
the converter's handling of the signal, no?
