[Coco] gcc-coco-rsdos installer for Mac OS X

James -- I will certainly give GCC a try on my Mac OS X machine at home 
this week.  Does it stay self contained or does it place files all over 
my system?

I've made an installer for gcc for the CoCo, targeting RS-DOS, for Mac 
OS X. However, I don't have a clean system on which to test it. Would a 
few Mac OS X users please test the installer out for me?
