[Coco] [Color Computer] Hard Drive sizes

Q: On CoCo, how fast is CF compared to a real HD? CF still faster than 
CoCo? Megaread speed?

Q2: I note "faster" CF - like 2x, etc. Does it matter on a CoCo?
