Look for an appliance enamel for a very tough finish. I painted my old silver
CoCo1 back in '86 (a nice almond) and it's held up *way* better than the
original silver did.

I'd just make sure it's clean, clean, clean! No fingerprints or anything.
Dishwashing liquid would probably be good, get all the skin oils off. Dust
won't be as noticeable on a 2 or 3 case as it was the smooth CoCo1 case.
Take some before and after shots, eh?
