[Coco] Using a PC monitor on the CoCo

Hi,

Since there are only 4 distinct voltage levels per component, do
we really need an A/D? Couldn't we use a bunch of comparators?

One other note, if someone actually does this, please make it do
DPMS Standby. Saving energy is everbody's job.
