[Coco] Looking for a no-halt floppy controller

Anyone has a spare no halt FDC that they wouldn't mind parting with?  I 
will also need the
OS9 level II drivers (Nitros would be even better :) )

I've been trying go get Rainbow issues from 
http://www.the-e-mall.net/netcat.htm, but when I place
the order the site seems down.  Anyone has a working link for this?
