Fair+++ shape: On MaltedMedia

1982 - 1990 Are all *Missing*.

1991 is in /rough/ shape but may have all the messages.

1992 - 1995 Good

1996 Has _only_ January, February and March.

1997 IS *MISSING Entirely*

1998-2002 Good

2003 Has a lot of SPAM.

2004 Is ALL SPAM.

In addition to the missing issues, second copies are requested to be
reported that they exist to SHF to improve the database work I would like to
do.

The OS-9 Forum is a separate Message Store.

I have indexes of both the DECB and OS-9 Forums (need to get into Paradox
db),

but only /Some/ messages of the OS-9 Forum.
