[Coco] How register $FF9B works

Hey good call, no actually I retyped it,
and got bit by "typos". Sorry.

Got a program from Robert, and
it still is broken.

Typing 8,9,A,B,C results in an error.
I guess that there's more wire &
connection chasing to come.
