Okay then, I'm using MESS, in order to avoid transfering from my 
development system (a desktop Mac) to the CoCo every time I make a 
build. I know the code worked at one point.

It's the one associated with the gcc-6809 project.

I think POLCAT's supposed to work the same in all BASICs.
