Mike,

I guess that it's my mistake. I cannot
make it fail with zero length files
(for testing of file name lengths).
I have file names like
abcdefblahblahblahblah_blah.pqrst
etc. It hasn't failed with "touched" files.

But, everyonce in a while . . . it fails
while backing up a whole directory.
For instance It failed with the following
filename: "CCHDisk_ff3c.dr", amazing!
