Alright! I'm going to try this right now.

So after I do this and it boots and I get access to /h0 I can copy over the
CMDS and SYS folders from the master disk to /h0 then make another boot disk
with ddh0.dd and repeat the process to patch the "completed" version of the
boot disk. Does that sound right? :)
