Hi,
My EISA PC (circa 1991) uses a DS1387 (with the built in battery)
to store the EISA config data. It is still running. I have actually
been wondering what I was going to do when the battery finally does
die. Reconfiging an EISA machine everytime you turn it on would be
a real pain. Especially with the ALR config utility.
