[Coco] OS-9 Level 2 Development System

Not sure of the date of printing. Bought it around 1990. Right now I  
have all my Coco stuff in boxes in a shed and hope to start to get to 
getting to them next month. 

I vaguely remember four appendices. I don't remember how many 
chapters.
