FWIW,
I don't know if it's functionally the same or not, but Paul Barton has a WDXT
schematic (and driver source) for interfacing a CoCo to a WD controller/HDD.
For that section of the interface (mostly matching up data and address lines),
I don't see how there could be *much* difference.
