Assuming that you're only half Vulcan, your lifespan will not be long enough
to see a copyright expire, at least not in the USA under current laws. It's
something like 75 years, or 50 years after the author's death, or some such
combination. And all current copyrights, since 1914, have been extended yet
again out to 2030 or something close to that.
Every time the rights to Mickey Mouse and friends are about to run out,
Disney Enterprises pays Sonny Bono to introduce a bill in Congress to extend them
some more. Though I think Sonny ran out of lifespan himself, so Disney will
have to buy another congresscritter. 435 to pick from ,and 100 more across the
Dome.
