[Coco] MINIHOG Demo Here Now!

I'm not the best programmer, but thanks for the support. I hope to have
another demo further along in a month or two. When this whole thing is
finished, I will release a "shareware" version in which you can play the
entire first world (levels 1-3).

Wow! I tried it on MESS and it worked at a decent speed. You got yourself a
dedicate beta tester here!
