[Coco] Will the *real* artifact colors please stand up?

Yep, in order to reproduce the 6847/CoCo video bug, the GIME would have had 
to fake it.  And I'm willing to bet there are lots of CoCo 3 users who have 
forgotten about the F1 option or never learned about it.  I wonder how many 
times they hit the RESET button before they realized that the blue wasn't 
going to change to red?  :)
