[Coco] Newbie stuff

Believe it or not the manuals for Visual C++ from Microsoft
the early version of the compiler are quite good too.  I used
to get MSJ magazine and it has a lot of good stuff in there.

Check out the DDJ cd it has plenty of good stuff in it.
