If I remember correctly, OS-9 was used on a science experiment flown on 
one of the shuttle missions. Since the experiments are deisgned by 
scientists, etc. I'd expect that there have been various OS and processor 
families used. i.e. Micromint reported that some of their processors (an 
8051 variant w/Basic) were used once.
